Within LSEG's Data and Analytics division, the Real-Time Distribution Development team plays a vital role in supporting LSEG's financial data distribution and fanout components.

We have responsibility for the design, implementation and continuous improvements of complex, low latency, high throughput software that makes the LSEG financial data distribution reliable, scalable and geographically resilient. Job description:

YOU AND YOUR TEAM:

You will join as a program/portfolio manager for Real-Time Services team which supports various in-house Real-Time Market data solutions, both on-prem and cloud.

Your responsibility will be to manage the funding to deliverables for multitude of these applications including

  • Facilitating discussion with architects and Senior Management for funding asks
  • Defining Short- and Long-term Roadmap and deliverable timelines
  • Tracking deliverables to closure working with Development managers
  • Managing Risk/Issue across the real-time portfolio
  • Reporting on the key programs/projects to Steerco.
  • Facilitating discussions with Cloud Architecture team for Cloud enhancements
  • Managing dependencies across portfolio
  • Co-ordinating releases with Dev, Operations, Implementation team, Change management and Release Management teams.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING

- At least 8 years of experience in managing large scale programs in FinServ industry.

- Bachelor of science in computer engineering

- Project Management Professional Certified

- Agile Scrum Master certification

- AWS Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certification

- A highly motivated attitude to deliver critical time-sensitive projects

- Expertise in managing Low-latency platforms

- Expertise in using PM and Deliverable tool kits including Clarity, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow

- Experience working with global teams to ensure round-a-clock delivery, when required.

YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF:

- Post Graduation in Business Management or any related field

- Experience managing large scale Capacity expansion work including Hardware procurements, Server migrations, etc.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $126,800 - $211,400. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
