Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This role involves managing clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse transactions. Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders. Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure timely communication of orders and deliveries. Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments. Manage warehouse supplies and ensure the warehouse is well-stocked and organized. Responsible for accurately receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials. Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Comply with safety procedures and company policies. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Other responsibilities as assigned. Min USD $20.00/Hr. Max USD $23.00/Hr.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

This position is based in a warehouse. Walking, pushing, lifting to 50 lbs. Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an administrative role; warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory or ERP systems a plus. Must be able to qualify for a DOT certification Must have a valid driver's license Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Team player with a positive attitude.
