This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
Inspects, labels and packages raw and finished products. May be required to maintain records according to Good Manufacturing Practices. May be working in a clean-room environment. Moderate supervision is required. Tier Level 2 Job Overview: The Production Associate (Cleanroom Operator) is a team player who assists in all functions of production within a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include production preparation, cleanroom inspection, assisting with production equipment, and packaging finished products. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Responsibilities and Duties: * Work in a cleanroom environment following strict cleanliness and procedural standards * Prepare materials for production * Document daily production activities * Manage raw materials * Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control * Package approved products * Maintain warehouse organization by ensuring all signage is visible and legible * Keep the production area clean and organized daily * Manage production supplies and equipment Qualifications: * Prior cleanroom experience preferred * Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures precisely * Adherence to all company safety standards * Basic knowledge of cleanroom entry and exit procedures Schedule: 6AM-6:30PM rotating shift, 3 to 4 days a week, 36-48 hours weekly #ZR | |
