Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ONSITE with our client in Cape Canaveral, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Full Cycle Accounts Receivable:
  • Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
  • Review and record all cash receipts ensuring accuracy of methodology and accounting.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging including appropriate follow up with clients and field offices to ensure timely collections.
  • Reconcile contributions on a regular basis to ensure all contributions received have been recorded properly.
• Month end close preparations including bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and journal entries.
• Compliance and Audit: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist in external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay rate: $32 - 35/hr DOE
