This strategic, organized, and experienced individual will support our Real Estate Creative team, which brings the Salesforce brand to life in physical spaces around the world. This role goes beyond project execution-it requires oversight across multiple workstreams, strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to guide creative teams and stakeholders through complex initiatives.
As a key partner to both internal teams and external vendors, the Program Manager will ensure alignment across creative, workplace services, real estate, and vendor teams, while driving successful outcomes from intake to launch.

  • Facilitate project meetings (kickoffs, reviews, status updates) and ensure timely follow-ups and documentation

  • Communicate key updates, risks, and blockers clearly to leadership and teams

  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of all creative outputs by guiding teams through the full lifecycle-from brief through production

  • Review and validate deliverables before final approval and delivery to partners

  • Monitor progress and make data-informed adjustments to schedules and priorities

  • Operational Management

  • Maintain status dashboards and reporting tools for transparency

  • Ensure budget tracking and vendor coordination in partnership with finance and procurement teams

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management within a creative, agency, real estate, or architectural setting

  • Strong background managing cross-functional creative teams (design, copy, production) and external partners (vendors, fabricators, A/V)

  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously

  • Deep understanding of creative workflows for print, digital, experiential, or environmental design

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Asana Smartsheet, Keynote, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
