Pool Bilingual Consumer Support Representative, Apopka, FL

We have an opportunity for a Consumer Support Representative to join our Apopka, FL team. You will be responsible for providing world class technical and customer service for residential customers in a productive and motivating work environment and addressing any issues/disputes from our residential customers. You will:

  • Provide quality technical and customer service by phone, email, social media support in a timely fashion.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Actively listening and provide high quality communication and professionalism to customers and other stakeholders with empathy.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts in understandable to homeowner's terms.
  • Strive for 1 call resolution, when possible, otherwise directing to the appropriate internal department to assist customer in best manner as quickly as possible
  • Handle any situation with diplomacy, compassion, and courteousness
  • Acquire detailed product and process knowledge
  • Take initiative to seek answers and raise concerns, work quickly, effectively and professionally, even under stress
  • Carryout management directives in accordance with Pentair win right values

Key Qualifications:

  • Have earned a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a customer service, technical support role with preferred contact with homeowners.
  • Be able to work independently and have sound judgement and problem-solving abilities
  • Contribute to an environment that encourages teamwork and cohesiveness
  • Display a strong attention to detail, outstanding resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Clearly express oneself orally and in writing.
  • Be familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • We like, but don't require: * Pool Industry experience
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS * Able to communicate effectively in English & Spanish Languages.

Shift/Hours:

  • 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday
  • This position is Hybrid

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is $22.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
