Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Health Center Relations Specialist working at our 51st Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The Health Relations Specialist is the front line for interfacing with patients in Terros Health Centers. You will be a great candidate if you have at least one- year relevant front office customer facing and focused service experience in healthcare, hospitality or banking and we will train you! The position performs a variety of duties which include, but are not limited to, greeting individuals, appointment scheduling, intake interviews, gathering information and paperwork. Reporting to the Practice Supervisor, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate and professional. Minimum One- Year Relevant Front Office Customer Facing and Focused Service Experience in Healthcare, Hospitality (i.e., meeting or conventions, hotel), or Banking required.
