JOB MISSION
The Global Visual Merchandising Operations Associate is responsible for building brand presentation retail directives that embody visual merchandising and marketing retail execution direction. He/She will work closely with global visual merchandising, retail marketing and cross functional DTC teams, as well as key regional partners. In addition to retail communication directive development this individual will support in day-to-day operations that support the overall department.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABALITIES:
* This individual will own building flagship retail format communication (toolkits) for visual merchandising & retail marketing that are distributed globally for regional execution teams' guidance. (ie: seasonal, monthly updates, and GTM)
* Support in development of various retail visual merchandising & marketing toolkits and resources. This includes but is not limited to product capsules launches, windows, events, tips & tricks for merchandising, styling etc.
* Responsible for product integration handoff process and split review responsibilities with visual merchandising peers for render program (IWD).
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with global and regional stakeholders to ensure toolkits and training resources are providing best in class guidance.
* Provide additional logistical and administrative support to department tools such as Widen DAM portal, Asana project management system etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in communication, operations corporate level, 3+ years retail, visual merchandising field experience.
* Bachelor's degree in business communication , graphic design or retail merchandising.
* Proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, 3D rendering skills (ex. IWD, Sketch-Up)
* Ability to be detailed oriented and manage multiple priorities to accomplish tasks simultaneously under tight timelines.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and willing to take a hands-on approach and help the team to drive success.
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong time management and organization to prioritize multiple projects at once.

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
