This position is located on Roi-Namur, Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodations or pets). Benefits of this unique location include free housing, three meals a day and potential for overseas tax incentives.

Essential Functions
  • Support Mission personnel (engineers, technicians) to input, track and status purchase orders, along with updating associated paperwork.
  • Facilitate and support arrival of hardware to Roi Mission Operations sites with shipping and receiving.
  • Support and assist with TDY customers for local support on subcontracts and mission personnel support, eg: transportation, lodging, scheduling.
  • Execute/plan the return for calibration all equipment that travels from the sensors (Radars, Optics, Telemetry) to Calibration Lab located on Kwajalein.
  • Perform administrative duties for the sensors (Radars, Optics, Telemetry) as required, which includes creating expense reports, scheduling meetings, supporting mission requirements, etc. for employees at the sensors.
  • Property Tracking: Maintain accurate records of property assets, including location, condition, and maintenance history, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards
  • Order Management in Maximo: Create, track, and process work orders and purchase requisitions in Maximo, ensuring timely and accurate order placement to support operational readiness of radar, optical, and telemetry equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM) Support: Collaborate with departments to input, update, and manage PM tasks in the maintenance database, ensuring schedules are followed and documentation is complete.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Input and verify data in asset management and maintenance databases, generating reports to support equipment uptime, maintenance completion rates, and compliance for engineering reviews and audits.
  • Coordination with Technical Teams: Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and engineering, technician maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades to the sensors (radars, optics, telemetry).
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline property tracking and maintenance workflow processes, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy that may help to reduce downtime for critical sensor operations.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, safety regulations, and industry standards, maintaining thorough documentation for audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding and competence with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with occasional flexibility for after-hours support as needed.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, electronics, technical management, engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in one or more of the following:
    1. asset management
    2. purchasing
    3. scheduling
    4. maintenance coordination.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience with MAXIMO or similar computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Ability to generate technical reports or dashboards from a CMMS or asset management system.
  • Knowledge of facilities management or property maintenance processes.
  • Experience generating reports from CMMS or similar systems.
  • Problem-solving skills to address equipment-related challenges and maintenance bottlenecks.
  • Familiarity with associated modules dealing with Asset Management, Work Order Tracking and other modules that are contained in MAXIMO - desired.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in asset or maintenance management - desired.
  • Familiarity with radar systems, telemetry equipment, or related technologies (e.g., RF systems, signal processing) - desired.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a USAG-KA driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift and carry, push and pull, up to 40 lbs. independently.
  • This position is unaccompanied.
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
