Job Summary

Experienced business and sales professional responsible for identifying, researching, and establishing long-term employer relationships, and selling Employer Health Services and products through targeting employers located within an applicable region. Communicates directly to prospects and clients, understands client needs, and recommends Employer Health and other Prisma Health services that maximize value and executes the growth strategy. Provides prompt, exceptional, customer service to clients by ensuring that service delivery exceeds client expectations, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction. Leads the development of strong lasting relationships with business and community partners, including attending events to introduce our services and differentiators, and coordinating events in partnership with employer and community campaigns/activities with business partners both in the community and virtually.

Essential Functions

  • Leads growth plan for Employer Health Services sales including communicating product value to leads/clients, lead generation and qualification, preparing meetings and presentations, navigating contract negotiations and close. Supports business development including customer identification, cold calling, appointment setting, and documenting all activity in CRM (Salesforce) in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with client company representatives to advance sales efforts.
  • Partners with other Employer Health Services leaders and represents sales in the overall strategy, client identification and product implementation.
  • Collaborates with marketing and communications teams to execute strategies to bring the right Employer Health Services programs to new businesses at the right time in assigned territory/relationship network.
  • Delivers presentations and sales materials to leads/clients and coordinates client input into the proposal and contracting processes.
  • Works in conjunction with sales and account management team to provide a streamlined process for existing and potential clients with the initial and renewing contract process.
  • Presents ancillary services and options to new and existing clients and updates on new developments to services, achieving individual upsell and retention targets.
  • Responsible for obtaining and providing client feedback for Employer Health Services product development and sales.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor's in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Management, Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Experience - 2 years of experience in Sales, customer service, marketing, and/or professional services related experience

  • In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, the following combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered an equivalent substitution: proven successful, relevant sales experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database)
  • Data entry skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Interpersonal skills including communication/presentation skills, leadership skills, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask

  • Salesforce CRM experience

  • Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), Certified Sales Executive (CSE), and /or Registered Health Coach (RHC) preferred
