PGAL is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visualization Designer who is eager to grow their skills in architectural visualization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about creating engaging, high-quality imagery and who are excited to learn from a collaborative and experienced team.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of 3ds Max and V-Ray, along with familiarity in Photoshop and After Effects. Exposure to tools like Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Enscape, or Envision is a plus, but not required. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and enthusiastic about the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling.
We encourage our team members to explore their individual interests, whether that's experimenting with new technologies, helping craft compelling marketing visuals, or contributing to site photography. Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing 3D models and renderings for architecture and design projects
- Support the visualization team in refining images and compositions
- Learn to interpret and model from architectural drawings and design sketches
- Contribute to lighting, material, and post-production workflows
- Participate in team reviews and take feedback to improve technical and artistic quality
- Stay curious about emerging visualization tools and creative techniques Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field (or in progress/near completion) - Basic knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and After Effects (school or personal project experience welcome)
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and an interest in spatial design
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, materials, and detail
- Willingness to learn new software and workflows (e.g., Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Enscape, Envision)
- Sketching or drawing ability is a plus
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
