- Ensures compliance to the overall quality management system (QMS).
- Work with manufacturing team members to assure all quality checks are being performed correctly and on-time.
- Participates in cross-functional quality meetings designed to share information and drive improvement. Communicates details to all levels of the organization. Assists with management reviews covering the effectiveness of the QMS, performance analyses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develops and implements training programs to ensure the QMS is broadly communicated.
- Collects, logs, analyzes, and communicates the status of key performance indicators established by Top Management.
- Performs in-process and final inspections on all projects. Work with production, engineering, purchasing and other cross-functional teams on root cause and corrective action for findings.
- Ensures accurate and timely delivery and collection of production drawings and Trachte Compliance Control packet.
- Assists with the QMS internal audit program, scheduling, reporting, communicating results and facilitating follow up activities.
- Participates in Supplier/Customer external audits as needed.
- Performs quality document updates.
- Proactively compiles and analyzes quality data to identify trends and determine root causes. Assists with and communicates service trends and monitors plans for improvement to warranty metrics.
- Assists in management of the corrective action program.
- Manages the internal calibration program.
- Participates in safety committee meetings. Assists with ensuring safety programs are reviewed and remain current.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A BA/BS degree in a related field and/or a minimum of three years of relevant quality, inventory, or manufacturing experience. Strong leadership, communications, creative and facilitative skills, and interest in working in a team environment is required. Able to read drawings/blueprints. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- CQA Certification or equivalent is desired. ISO training desired.
