Design solutions forend-to-end Managed File Transfer (MFT) Architecture to facilitate the secureand reliable transfer of Medicaid data between Managed Care Organizations(MCOs), Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modules, and state systems. Design,develop, implement and support of SOAP and Rest APIs using integrationtechnologies. Write Interface controls, technical documents, sequence diagramsand service design documents. Build the Automation deployment scripts using ANTand Maven script. Track and control code versions utilizing control tools likeGitHub, SVN and Bitbucket and work through the project development lifecycleusing Jira. Provide active support for Load/Stress Testing, troubleshooting andperformance tuning. Identify, design, and implement creative business andtechnology services for state/local government clients. Evaluate projects froma technical stance, helping to ensure that the development methods used arecorrect and practical; evaluate risks related to requirements management, businessprocess definition, testing processes, internal controls, projectcommunications, training, and organizational change management. Handleengagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting, accountreceivables, and definition of deliverable content to help ensure buy-in ofproposed solutions from top management levels. Develop and maintainrelationships with senior management at state/local government agencies,positioning self and the firm for opportunities to generate new business.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must havea Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, TechnicalSciences, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or arelated field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degreeor foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Technical Sciences, InformationSystems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of therequired experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following:Management consulting experience focused on the public sector and state/localgovernment industry; Designing and architecting complex software applications,with a focus on scalability and performance for handling large data volumes;Analyzing and evaluating the existing enterprise architecture and identifyingareas for improvement or optimization; Designing modular system components andworking with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products in the Health and HumanServices domain; Complete software development life cycle (SDLC), includingcreating testing scripts, leading user acceptance testing, and reporting onproject status to stakeholders; Working with tools and technologies related todata integration, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and API management;Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), including Oracle JDeveloper,Eclipse, or JBoss Developer Studio for developing and managing ETL processes;Installation, configuration, and tuning performance and troubleshooting issueswith servers, including WebLogic and JBoss; Developing service-orientedarchitectures (SOA) using SOAP and REST services, with technologies includingJBoss Fuse, Oracle Service Bus, or Oracle SOA Suite; Implementing BAM reportsfor monitoring and tracking key business processes and activities; Using OracleEnterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control Console to monitor and manageService-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) components; XML standards and technologies, includingXSL, XSLT, and XSD; Web service technologies and standards, including SOAP,UDDI, WSDL, and developing Java-based web services; and change managementprinciples and experience in version control tools (Git, SVN, or TFS) to managechanges in ETL code and configurations.

Travel tovarious locations throughout the U.S. required up to 33%.

Telecommutingmay be permitted within commutable distance from the office location dependingon business need.
