Reporting to a function-specific Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruitment within their assigned function(s). This role will partner with TA Operations, Emerging Programs, and regional TA colleagues to ensure successful recruitment and outcomes for the broader team and organization. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition with an emphasis on DEI Knowledge of CPG a plus Adaptable communication skills and the ability to influence and drive decision making A history of proactive delivery against talent needs Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
