Test Manager

As a test manager you will be required to lead and guide our testing team towards success and enhance our quality within the systems.

As the test manager you will be responsible to overseeing the testing activities as well as collaborating with other team members such as developers, business analysts, and system admins to deliver the systems under test.

You will play a crucial role in developing the test plan, overseeing its execution, and delivering the product against their requirements to our client. Furthermore, the test manager is essential in test optimization and improvement.

To perform this role efficiently, test manager must be well-versed in testing methods while also completing the traditional management tasks.

Overall, you will serve as a liaison between project managers, developers, testers, and our clients, resulting in a test architecture that facilitates an effective and cost-effective test framework.

It is important that you have the following:

1. Understand Requirements and test deliverables to the RTM.

2 - Plan and Coordinate Testing effort and timeframes.

3. Estimate Time, Resources, and Budget

4. Co-ordination for set Up the Test Environment, and needs to execute and complete testing phases.

5. Manage Testers and overall testing results

6. Communicate with Clients and Track New Requirements through CRs

7. Monitor Goals and Quality Standards

8. Plan and Adapt to program deadlines

9. Schedule Status Meetings and Reports

10. Ability to make final quality decisions

11. Introduce testing metrics for progress and quality

12 Coordinate with Project Team and Stakeholders

13. High understanding of the release and environment management processes and standards.

As the test manager you are responsible to ensuring test progress, sufficiency and ensuring quality of the final product.
