Schedule Monday through Friday Start time: 4:00 AM 8 to 10-hour shifts OccasionalSaturday shiftsas needed Compensation Hourly pay: $25-$27, based on experience Weekly pay schedule Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement planwithdollar-for-dollar match up to 5% Paid vacation daysS Paid holidays Career advancement opportunities Employee assistance programs Stable, long-term employment with a reputable company Job Duties & Responsibilities Operate agarbage trucksafely and efficiently on assigned routes Read and followroute sheetsor instructions from the dispatcher Performroutine inspections and maintenanceon vehicles (check fluids, tires, safety equipment) Load and unload waste materials, sometimes without assistance Providecourteous and professional serviceto customers Complete other related tasks as assigned by supervisors Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Physically demanding role: frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects over50 pounds Exposure tooutdoor weather conditions, includingwet and humid environments Work aroundmoving mechanical parts,fumes, andvibrations Moderate noise levels-PPE and safety training provided Must follow allsafety protocolsand company procedures Minimum Requirements ValidClass A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Clean driving record Ability toread, write, and communicate in English High school diploma or equivalentpreferred Minimum1 year of relevant driving experience Location Ukiah Waste Solutions, Inc.
