We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us!The Total Rewards Administrator provides administrative and operational support in the areas of compensation, benefits, wellness, and leave administration. This role assists with day-to-day activities, data management, employee communications, and vendor coordination to ensure effective execution of Total Rewards programs. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Administer comprehensive benefits and wellness initiatives to enhance the employee experience, support productivity, and help attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer employee programs including health, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, and 403(b) plans.

  • Facilitate accurate and timely delivery of: Employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to carriers, plan administrators, and other service providers; and Monthly insurance billing; coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate payment

  • Conduct benefits orientation for central office employees (excluding executive orientation).

  • Communicate and provide guidance to community leaders and employees regarding benefit eligibility, coverage, and provisions.

  • Monitor and manage benefit arrears; coordinate with communities to ensure timely collections.

  • Monitor insurance carrier discrepancy reports to ensure accurate data.

  • Serve as backup to the Senior HRIS Analyst for benefit integration files.

2. Assist the National Director of Total Rewards with:
  • Annual benefits enrollment, including communication planning, system updates, and testing

  • Bi-annual Workday system updates to ensure configurations support benefits administration

  • Coordinate the administration of federal/state-specific paid sick leave and leave of absence policies.

3. Support the administration, standardization, and potential centralization of the Leave of Absence (LoA) process to ensure compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
  • Partner with HR and local teams to oversee LOA cases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling.

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational leave policies (e.g., FMLA, ADA, statespecific paid leave).

  • Provide training and guidance to HR partners and managers on LoA procedures and updates.

4. Support compensation processes such as job evaluation, salary survey submissions, and audit checks. 5. Participate in special projects and support process improvements within the Total Rewards function.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required Degree: Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree

Certificate(s): Benefits and/or compensation technical certification(s) a plus.

Experience:

  • One - two years compensation and benefits experience

  • Strong overall knowledge of benefits and compensation

  • Experience in collaborating with other HR and/or business leaders in implementing programs across an organization

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Working knowledge of benefits, compensation, or HRIS systems a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficient in Excel and in ability to develop calculations, manipulate and analyze data to create actionable insights

  • WorkDay Experience a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Compensation Pay Range:

$24.47 - $32.95

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $24.47 - $32.95. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
