Genesis10 seeks a Quality Control and Account Boarding Specialist for a 6-month contract assignment. This position will work on a hybrid schedule and can be located in either West Des Moines, IA, or Irving, TX. T . Compensation: $25.00 - 26.25 per hour, W2. Job Description: Support Business Execution; proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks. Receive direction from the supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry, account boarding, and quality control checks for new merchant accounts. Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Help implement the 100% QC process for the Add Locations team to improve accuracy and cycle times. Communicate errors Required Skills: 2+ years of administrative or business support experience Experience in onboarding accounts- within financial services, payments or merchant services. Strong background in data entry. Strong communicator. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with account boarding systems a plus.
