WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Regional Content Operations Manager in the Customer and Activation function, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increasedsalesbyensuring strong, accurate, and timely execution of all customer-facing content. You manage a cross-functional team toensure that resourcesand operations are aligned with omni business goals, brand guidelines, and customer value.

This hybrid role reports into our Regional Head of Customer Activation and Marketing and is based out of New York, NY.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*

  • Responsible for resource planning and cross-functional collaboration to create, develop, and publish customer-facing content across all touchpoints and channels
  • Responsible for management of and teamwork with Regional Production Hub, ensuring focus on both sales markets. Ensure that all content is executed with accuracy, timeliness, and customer-centric focus, and continuously assess workload, partnership, and capacity opportunities through regular touchpoints and QBRs
  • Secure proactive and reactive check-ins on daily operations to ensure that fast actions / decisions are taken and prioritized. Prioritize actions for and allocate tasks across team based on customer and business impact while securing balanced workload
  • Collaborate closely with Omni Sales Team leaders to ensure that content across stores, site, and media touchpoints align with commercial and customer strategies. Ensure that digital production team partners hand-in-hand with Digital and Media organizations through clear process flows and handovers. Lift and escalate concerns proactively, and propose cost-conscious solutions that meet business objectives
  • Drive initiatives to improve processes and ways of working for Content Operations team and across collaborations with Digital, Media, and Visual Merchandising
  • Utilize market, brand, and customer knowledge to inform decision-making, especially when it comes to relevance of content and copy. Escalate gaps in content, copy, formats, and information sharing proactively with Global Brand Development teams
  • Set, follow up and report on KPIs connected to team responsibilities and deliverables, demonstrating connection to added customer value, sales, and profit where possible
  • Up to 15% international travel required
Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketing, or Visual Merchandising
  • Experience guiding and influencing teams as formal or informal leader
  • Experience fostering collaborative and creative work environments that encourage productivity, accuracy, and innovation
  • Experience managing and following up on goals, KPIs, and budgets
  • Understanding of retail KPIs from a customer, sales, and/or media perspective
  • Proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results
  • Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals
  • Competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working preferred
  • High analytical ability
  • Structured, organized, and efficient with strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey plans and risks to stakeholders across various teams
  • Familiarity with relevant production management software and common communications tools, like AEM, Hybris, and NPC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation: salary range is $145,954 - $167,851 annually**
