Clinical Supervisor Job Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN required after 3/1/2025. existing employee prior to 3/1/2025 grandfathered with current degree.

* Minimum of one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.

* Certication in specialty preferred

* Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire) as required by specialty.

* Current Florida nursing license

* Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Role and Responsibilities

* Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, stang, patient ow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care.
* Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and ecient manner. Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served.
* Role models organizational values
* Provides real-time feedback to sta to improve performance
* Leads/Participates in department process improvement to improve projects outcomes
* Facilitates employee engagement activities including professional/shared governance participation
