Associate Administrator (Behavioral Health) Metropolitan Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility) A growing 144-bed behavioral health facility - Metropolitan Behavioral Hospital provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues are offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. For more information, please visit our website: https://metropolitanbh.com Position Summary The Associate Administrator (AA) assists the CEO, COO, and CFO in the operation and fiscal responsibility of Metropolitan Behavioral Health. Provides recommendations to management supporting administrative and facility decisions, sets objectives, develops plans, staffs, directs activities of assigned departments/areas of responsibility, provides professional level planning, reporting, analysis and consultation to support the goals and objectives of the organization, helps manage the hospital operations. May assume administrative responsibility for the hospital in the absence of the hospital's CEO/COO, ensure consistency of treatment and application of policy. The AA promotes Clinical Quality, Integrity, Safety, Service Excellence, Teamwork, Accountability and Continuous Improvement throughout all departments. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Social Work or Psychology preferred.
- A minimum of three to five years of clinical leadership experience in a variety of functional areas in a behavioral health hospital or other related setting required.
- Knowledge and demonstrated competency for all regulatory agencies (The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, State of MI and accreditation bodies) required.
