Department: Benefits Policy Job Type: Regular Full Time Education Level: BA/BS or combination of education and experience Required Years Experience: 8 Church Pension Group (CPG) is a financial services organization that serves the Episcopal Church, located in Midtown Manhattan. CPG was founded in 1917 to provide pension benefits to eligible clergy of the Episcopal Church. Since then, its mission has expanded to include life and disability insurance, health benefits, property & casualty insurance, and publishing.
Benefits Policy & Design (BP) manages the retirement, health, life, and disability plans that CPG offers dioceses, parishes, schools, and institutions of The Episcopal Church. The team works with vendors, consultants, and our Business and Corporate Units (BU/CUs) to administer benefit plans and monitor their performance, all with the aim of consistent client service.
The Director Benefits Transformation will report to the SVP Benefits Policy and Design and lead the transformation & strategic initiatives for Benefits Policy. This role also serves as a strategic operations partner to the SVP of Benefits Policy, with oversight of all communications and internal project lifecycle related to CPG's benefits business.
The Director Benefits Transformation will drive the implementation of strategic benefit initiatives across all product areas-pension, health, and life. This includes guiding and holding team members accountable for change readiness, communications, cross-departmental alignment, and end-to-end coordination across the organization for key business initiatives. Expected to proactively monitor the market holistically across products and bring new solutions and ideas to the team.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Currently, hybrid work environment, which requires working in CPG's office Tuesdays through Thursdays and flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
