Could you be the full-time onsite Product Industrialization Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and manufacturing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring industrial requirements are seamlessly integrated into product design and specifications, driving innovation and excellence in manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, R&D, Production), manage co-engineering activities to align design and industrialization, and lead key initiatives such as FAR/FAI activities to validate product design and processes-and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Building and managing the Industrial Maturity Follow-up (IMFU) and the Industrial Management Plan (IMP). ,



  • Designing the global macro-process based on standard SMP and preparing the introduction of new technologies with associated process validation plans. ,



  • Monitoring co-engineering activities with Engineering counterparts and animating ICONE workshops. ,



  • Setting up and monitoring the industrialization planning, including co-engineering activities, P-FMEA, deliverables milestones, FAR/FAI, and detailed line balancing. ,



  • Ensuring the availability of tools and workstations on schedule, aligned with EHS requirements, ergonomics, and quality standards. ,



  • Performing Process FMEA and ensuring the timely issuance of industrial documentation with the appropriate quality level. ,



  • Managing the industrialization work package, including man-hours and manufacturing equipment budgets, while adhering to industrial RefLib guidelines. ,



  • Contributing to continuous improvement action plans in collaboration with Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets. ,



  • Participating in R&D programs as an industrial representative and performing industrial REX on manufacturing processes."

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical fields. ,



  • Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, including Process Engineering and Lean Manufacturing. ,



  • Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up. ,



  • Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA). ,



  • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and leadership. ,



  • Expertise in P-FMEA and QRQC methodologies. ,



  • Ability to write manufacturing work instructions and perform line balancing. ,



  • Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics. ,



  • Experience in project management and co-engineering activities. ,



  • Logical, organized, and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
