Job Title: Manager of Construction

City & State/Province/Country: Houston, TX

Salary: $130,728 - $174,300 / year

Manager of Construction to work in Houston, TX to complete the job duties below. Must put job code on resume and cover letter.

• Support safety and quality.

• Ensure the quality of construction/installation works according to contract requirements, codes and Air Liquide standards; support the procurement department and the global team in the qualication of manufacturing workshops.

• Support the eld.

• Provide input to the team to inuence the most effective execution approach.

• Ensure Construction Management best practices are applied and procedures implemented across all projects leveraging global experiences and capitalization.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, engineering technology.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 8 years of relevant experience with direct engagement on the industrial construction sites in civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and startup.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: No education and 10 years of relevant experience with direct engagement on the industrial construction sites in civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and startup.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 60% domestic. The position does not require roving, relocation or telecommuting.
