Role Responsibilites:The Proposal Writer is responsible for creating compelling, client-focused proposal content in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other customer questionnaires. This position supports strategic sales initiatives across the Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) suite-Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, FMLA/Leave, and Voluntary Benefits-by crafting high-quality, compliant, and persuasive documents that align with client specifications and showcase the company's value proposition. - Lead the creation of clear, concise, and customized proposal responses that effectively communicate GBS solutions and competitive advantages. - Own and manage the end-to-end proposal process from RFP receipt through submission. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of proposal content with client requirements and internal brand guidelines. - Maintain knowledge of GBS products, administrative processes, regulatory changes, and market trends. - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience supporting sales teams or working within an RFP response center. - Attention to Detail: Critical for interpreting RFPs and ensuring compliance with every requirement. #LI - REMOTE Pay Transparency Salary range:$65,500-$80,000 Overtime eligible:Nonexempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
