Responsibilities

This position is a multi-role position focusing on the management of our PuriFile product. It requires candidates who understand Product Management combined with an interest in supporting several related roles to PuriFile product development. It is anticipated that this individual will spend 40% of their time engaged in PuriFile product management supporting the full lifecycle development activities. The remaining portion of time will be overseeing our training, testing, and support functions. This position is not for candidates that are interested in only being a Product Manager.

Relating to Product Management activity candidates should be:

  • Experienced with defining the strategy, roadmap, and features for a product and communicating this to management including schedules and roadmaps.
  • Capable of performing market assessments through customer interaction and competitive assessments.
  • Familiar with agile development and capable of representing PuriFile users in daily standups and exercising the Product Manager role in making product direction and feature decisions for the development team.

Relating to the ancillary activities:

  • Capable of operating the PuriFile product with sufficient capability and knowledge to provide demonstrations and conduct portions of training.
  • Be able to understand, oversee, and manage aspects of PuriFile Testing and Support.

Candidates should be interested in and will be expected to:

  • Learning the operation and functionality of the PuriFile product.
  • Conducting and assisting in preparing material for conducting training for PuriFile.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BS 12-15, MS 10-13, or PhD 10+
  • 4+ years' experience with Product Management and staff management.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of document file formats and specifications
  • Knowledge of SalesForce
  • Knowledge of GitLab Enterprise
  • Knowledge of Java would be a plus
  • Knowledge of PuriFile or Glasswall would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Cross Domain Services would be a plus

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
