Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Sales Manager, Fuel Sales & Marketing in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the FC - Sales & Marketing Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Gaining and maintaining Customer relationships and trust is crucial for this role. You will have North America Customer accounts assigned to you and it will be your responsibility to lead all aspects of sales (market assessment, discovery, opportunity development, proposals, capture planning, getting the order, negotiation and contract signing) for fuel contracts for your customer. This involves coordination and communication with all roles within Sales & Marketing, all other Fuel organizations (within North America and global) and across other BUs (Installed Base, I&C, etc.). Key competencies which will lead to success include Strategic Focus, Results Oriented, Develop Talent, Building Networks, Customer Oriented, Leading change, Flexibility, Innovation. Understanding and demonstrating professional sales, leading by example and developing these sales talents in others are critical to your day-to-day activities and success. Knowledge of nuclear fuel products and methods is a plus, but not strictly required. Some nuclear background is preferred. This position requires up to 50% travel. Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
