Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Pay Range: $32/hr - $50/hr+ (DOE) Direct Hire | Field-Based Role | Local Travel Are you a seasoned HVAC professional with a passion for solving complex mechanical challenges in large-scale commercial environments? We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a reputable, well-established mechanical service provider based in Greenwood Village, CO. This is a long-term position for a true technician-not an installer-who thrives in the field and enjoys working on diverse, high-tonnage equipment. What You'll Be Doing: - Performing diagnostics, service, and repairs on heavy commercial HVAC systems (50 tons and up) across a variety of facilities: office buildings, hospitals, schools, hotels, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and big-box environments - Operating independently in the field from a fully equipped service van/truck, dispatched daily to different client sites - Interacting with customers and team members with a friendly, professional, service-first attitude - Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, specifically on systems 50+ tons (Retail, restaurants, and gas stations alone likely won't meet the scope) - Universal EPA Certification (Level 3) - Proven background as a field technician, not just stationary building tech work - Strong work history with consistent job tenure - A positive, solutions-oriented mindset and good communication skills What You'll Get: - Direct hire placement with a stable and respected mechanical service company - Competitive hourly pay: $32 - $50+, depending on experience - Full benefits package - Company vehicle, gas card, and all necessary tools provided - Ongoing technical training and support - A great team environment that values skill, integrity, and professionalism Application Deadline: None, Always Accepting Candidates IND152 | |
