Summary of Job Description: The CFT Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst supports the executive team by providing recommendations on changes to strategic business plans based on detailed analysis of existing and potential investments for a multibillion-dollar portfolio across the country. This position builds, produces, and maintains a suite of investment reports, including internal and external financial reporting, and periodic investor reporting as the basis for recommendations. The CFT Senior Analyst analyzes the data in these reports to draw conclusions about investment performance and communicates recommendations related to enhancing performance to the Asset Management teams. The CFT Senior Analyst facilitates the annual budget/business planning process and recommends modifications to the annual budget and business plans based on analysis results. Responsibilities:
