Job Overview The Recruiter II plays a key role in executing the full lifecycle recruitment process across multiple departments and locations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates for salaried positions, while also supporting contingent workforce hiring, onboarding, and HR systems administration. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment and systems experience, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Use creative and strategic sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier talent through online platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate and lead interview processes, including scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage candidate assessments and skills testing.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting documentation, ensuring adherence to EEO and OFCCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with HRIS and TA teams to evaluate, test, and implement new Workday Recruiting features.
- Maintain I-9 documentation and ensure ongoing compliance with federal requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes related to I-9 and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Lead recruiting efforts for salaried contingent workers across all locations.
- Oversee intern-to-contingent worker conversions.
- Ensure system access disablement protocols are followed for terminated contingent workers.
- Perform other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- College Degree preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Administrative Support roles.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with HRIS platforms, with preference for Workday.
- Experience with Cornerstone or other Applicant Tracking and Learning Management Systems preferred.
