Receptionist
Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answers or refers inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions. Maintains security by following procedures such as monitoring the logbook and assisting with badge control. As the first point of contact for the company, you will provide administrative support across the organization and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and performed in a timely manner.
