Position Title: Financial Improvement Coordination Analyst Location: Contractor Facility/Remote FLSA Classification: Full Time- Regular Essential Duties & Responsibilities *Ensures that the ARC Tool remains a premier forward looking, user friendly, automated repository for Audit Stakeholders by maintaining and updating the ARC Tool to support the timely and accurate dissemination of IPA received items to include Provided-by-Client (PBC) and test sample requests *Manages the ARC Tool help-desk to provide incident resolution of issues for DON stakeholders Continue to operate the current SharePoint version of the ARC Tool and develop future state forward thinking solution that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) and existing data warehousing environments *Determine what tools, processes, and procedures are needed to connect the existing Databricks/Jupiter environment to the future looking analytics platform *Design automation and AI/ML to perform predictive analytics on audit requests, such as sampling requests, PBC requests, and other audit-based initiatives *Analyze, identify, troubleshoot and remediate ARC Tool issues identified by any users, internal or external in a timely manner and in accordance with required service levels *Provide thought leadership, recommend, and implement audit process and quality improvements within ARC Tool to facilitate more efficient and quality-driven audit response from stakeholders *Monitor, oversee and guide the development, testing, execution, and implementation of requirements for new versions of the DON Enterprise ARC Tool in accordance with general software development standards *Develop and post ARC Tool usage instructional guidance and present live training sessions to the user base *Develop and deliver a Systems Customization Catalogue via electronic transfer method (e.g. email, DoD SAFE, etc.) that catalogs all systems code changes implemented into the ARC Tool quarterly *Leverage and integrate automation solutions and innovative tools and technologies to optimize business operations and improve overall productivity Education & Experience Requirements Education: System Experience: *Experience with advanced analytics platforms (i.e., Databricks, Palantir, Jupiter, etc.) *Extensive experience with DON financially relevant systems and processes *Extensive experience with end-to-end knowledge of the Navy's organizational structure Experience: *4-year minimum total direct experience with DoD Financial Management and Audit Response. *Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used DoD, DON, audit and accounting methods, regulations, laws, and policies. *Knowledge of automation tools, processes, procedures and software. *Strong communication skills, both written and oral. * Ability to do client travel as needed #Clearancejobs Redhawk Administrative Services is an equal opportunity employer.
