Supply Chain Coordinator

• Assist with shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers and warehouse teams
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers
• Maintain and organize records, invoices, and inventory reports
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed

• Proven experience supporting accounts in a 3PL, shipping line, or freight forwarding environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in export shipping, supplier or supply chain management, documentation review, and/or compliance (ocean export experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues related to product movement out of the U.S.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently
