Overview

VTG is seeking a Senior Program Analyst/Executive Assistant to support the Navy located at the Washington DC, Navy Yard. Position is 100% onsite.


What will you do?

The Sr. Program Analyst will provide on-demand timely professional support services to the Flag Officers, Executive Directors and COS for SEA 21. The requirement is for a proven communication, analytics, and strategic action officer, a capable person to provide SEA 21 Leadership with knowledge management, strategic planning, brief development, action tracking, and communication support to include messaging, configuration control, database management, and proactive thinking.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Sr. Program Analyst will proactively and re-actively respond short and long term asking from SEA 21 Leadership, coordinating as necessary with stakeholders, to provide quality on time products to include communication strategies, briefs, point papers, and analysis. Also, will work strategic initiatives to assess SEA 21 data and metrics to make recommendations on gathering, filing, controlling, and maintaining data for rapid use. The scope includes developing strategic initiatives that focus on improved business practices as well as improved data utilization, messaging and tasker responses, and technical/program execution processes.


Do you have what it takes?

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of Experience in DOD Analyst Support to include Flag Level Strategy Planning, Communication Approaches, Brief Development, Knowledge Management, and Process Improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or other equivalent
  • Sharepoint Knowledge/Experience.
  • DTS experience
  • MS Suite - Specifically Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Proactive and excellent customer service with management experience.
  • Creative, poised, and flexible supporting TSFO leadership.
  • Must have an maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience as a former Acquisition Program Manager.
  • OPS Officer Experience.
  • Master's degree.

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $100,000-$120,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
