Growing a world-class finance team to match growing ambitions - and as Vice President of Accounting, you'll be at the heart of that transformation. You'll lead a global function that combines financial integrity, smart automation, and strategic impact - all while helping us scale with precision and confidence.


Your Mission

Financial Strategy & Leadership




  • Own the end-to-end accounting function across global entities, delivering timely, GAAP-compliant reporting that drives insight and action.



  • Partner closely with FP&A, RevOps, and Executive Leadership to influence high-impact business decisions through robust financial analysis.



  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with a focus on accuracy, process optimization, and continuous improvement.




Modernize & Scale




  • Champion automation and best-in-class systems, with a focus on optimizing NetSuite, Salesforce, and related platforms.



  • Design scalable processes across GL, AR/AP, payroll, revenue recognition, and tax compliance - with the agility to support our rapid growth.



  • Drive operational excellence by enhancing controls, managing risk, and fostering transparency across all financial processes.




Team & Culture




  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team aligned with our global footprint and fast-evolving needs.



  • Instill a culture of curiosity, candor, ownership, and continuous learning.



  • Be a key player in shaping the financial DNA of a next-gen data company.




Who You Are


  • Strategic & Technical: You bring 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role - ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.



  • CPA-Credentialed: Your knowledge of US GAAP is rock solid. A CPA is strongly preferred.



  • System-Savvy: You've implemented and optimized ERP systems like NetSuite and integrated them with platforms like Salesforce.



  • Growth-Minded: You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and know how to scale processes without sacrificing quality.



  • Global Perspective: Experience with international operations, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.



  • People Leader: You're a mentor, motivator, and culture builder with a passion for helping others grow.



  • Business Partner: You know how to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable guidance for non-financial stakeholders.
