Sales Support Specialist Flavors Sales Purpose The purpose of the Sales Support Specialist is to support Account Managers in the management of the Givaudan Business Opportunity Handling (BOH) process to ensure timely Customer response and facilitate project/pipeline conversion from brief creation to first-time make. Core Responsibilities *Support Sales Account Manager's brief activity through the timely processing and follow-up of sample requests, offers & quotations, regulatory documentation, raw material checks, new demand plans and trial orders. *Assist in transitioning customer projects/new wins from scale-up to production *Maintain customer contacts via internal systems and communicate directly with customers when needed *Support other Givaudan departments with transactional processing to ensure first-time order fulfilment *Coordinate and participate on Gold Scale-up calls and customer visits as required *Back-up other Sales Support Specialists as needed Academic Background *High School Degree required *College Degree preferred Professional Experience *College Degree with proven track record of Academic achievement and a desire to move into Account Management At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives. |
