The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with insurance agencies and key commercial customers within a district or region to meet sales goals that drive Safelite utilization rates. They will engage in sales activities that build relationships and reinforce Safelite's value proposition. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • This position must be located in San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland area.

What You'll Do

  • Establishes and continually evolves the sales strategy for driving Safelite utilization rates with agencies and commercial clients within their territory, with a focus on making in-person visits to local agent offices and commercial businesses,

  • Interact with large and small regional and market level insurance agency leaders and commercial customers to grow and develop relationships, and influence them to partner with Safelite on any automotive glass repair and replacement needs.

  • Conduct quarterly briefings, CE classes and educates regional / market insurance agencies, commercial clients and their teams about changes in our industry and new innovations in technology and insurance claims.

  • Regularly partner and communicate with the regional Safelite leadership teams, Commercial Support and Agency Care to advise them of changes in the market and to resolve any concerns

  • Attend regional industry conventions and trade shows and expand their network connections.

  • All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience

  • 5+ years' experience B2B sales management experience

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, UltiPro and Salesforce

  • Instructing/Training experience preferred

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders, both written, verbal and in presentations.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, empathize, build trust, resolve conflicts, network, and collaborate to create and maintain positive relationships.

  • Ability to efficiently prioritize time and resources to achieve KPI's and complete tasks effectively.

  • Ability to be nimble and adjust to new conditions and changes with a positive and flexible attitude.

  • Ability to persuade and inspire others to take action or adopt new perspectives to align interests with Safelite.

Base Pay Range Min - Max (in $USD):

$82,370.00 - $123,550.00
