Account Manager | Elite EXTRA

Join Epicor as an Account Manager! The Account Manager is responsible for working closely with the sales team to implement new customers with the Last Mile Logistics solution, Elite EXTRA. The Account Manager will take the lead to fully implement Elite EXTRA for the customer and build relationships to ensure a successful experience and positively represent the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with new customers to understand their business objectives and implement the solution into their day-to-day business

  • Develops and manage relationships with new and existing customers

  • Ability to develop and execute all phases of the implementation process

  • Work closely with various teams including sales, integration, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for the customer

  • Monitor usage and performance and suggest improvements/changes as needed throughout the implementation process

What you will likely bring:

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing software and working directly with customers

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized

  • Ability to provide training and end-user support during the implementation process, as needed.

  • Demonstrate strong customer service, and interpersonal, skills

  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Range:

Minimum: $50,000 USD Maximum: $130,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
