The Campus Recruiting Program Coordinator will work closely with other Early Careers COE team members to support the Early Careers Internship and full-time Leadership Development Programs at Pentair. As the Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will establish relationships with the Early Careers Team, business leaders and HR partners to help deliver recruiting initiatives and delivery of Pentair's Early Careers Programs. The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is:$27.00-$29.00.At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
