We're actively seeking a talented project manager to join our CMD Marketing Operations team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid: on-site 4 days a week. You'll work at our state-of-the-art Newport Beach headquarters.
As a project manager you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by supporting the marketing initiatives for the division though your project management of webpages, social ads and social posts, emails, flyers, brochures, blogs. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 8 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include strategists, copywriters, designers, and digital execution professionals.
How you'll help move us forward:
Oversee the day-to-day project management of all assigned marketing projects. Develop project timelines and key delivery dates to ensure completion on time. Communicate status and project updates to team members. Input projects into project management system. Participate in production schedule meetings and communicate status updates and urgent matters that need attention. Work with and support content managers and with routing and approval of marketing materials - distribute materials, gather comments from reviewers, update system to be consistent with job status, ensure accurate documentation of reviewer signoffs. Suggest and provide feedback on workflow enhancements to make production process as efficient as possible. Provide end-user support and drive issue resolution ensuring production issues are addressed in timely manner, maintain issues log, track resolution, and report status.
The experience you bring:
Self-motivated/self-starter individual with the ability to drive decisions and consensus to resolve issues. Ability to oversee multiple projects, deliverables, and resources independently. Execute projects under strict deadlines and handle numerous projects simultaneously with the flexibility to accommodate last-minute requests as needed. Must be organized, have good analytic skills, be flexible, and work well with all levels of the organization. Strong oral and written communication skills. Engage and create strong business relationships with corporate and business partners.

Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$110,700.00 - $135,300.00
