Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert to support strategic and tactical intelligence missions across Department of Defense (DoD) operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of intelligence collection management principles, policies, and procedures, as well as experience supporting contingency operations and special programs. This is a key role supporting mission-critical decisions and operations across joint, interagency, and Special Operations environments.

Responsibilities



  • Oversee and execute the full spectrum of collection management operations during routine missions, contingency planning, exercises, special access programs, and compartmented operations.
  • Manage intelligence requirements and coordinate with tactical, theater, and national-level collection assets to ensure timely, actionable intelligence.
  • Leverage intelligence automation tools and databases to develop, validate, and track collection requirements and assess collection effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality intelligence briefings and written assessments to senior decision-makers.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to intelligence personnel engaged in collection management functions.
  • Coordinate with operational and intelligence elements to identify intelligence gaps and synchronize collection efforts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of collection doctrine, policy, and oversight to ensure compliance and alignment with mission needs.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with four (4) years at the operational level.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Strong briefing and writing skills.
  • Strong background and firsthand experience are required in collection management and/or intelligence reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater and national-level coordination.
  • Ability to perform all aspects of collection management during routine, contingency, special access program, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee the work of intelligence personnel engaged in the intelligence collection management functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Work Location: Washington, DC (On-site)

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $140,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
