DMA - Digital Manufacturing Coordinator

We have an opening for an DMA - Digital Manufacturing Coordinator based in Fort Worth, TX!

This position will be responsible for coordinating the execution of the Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) Program, maximizing the business impact through digital catalog solutions, exploring new technologies, and tracking the value generated. This role is also responsible for coordinating implementation of the manufacturing facility's 5+ year strategy through the development and implementation of the Factory Strategic Plan incorporating business needs, digital. A hands-on passion for manufacturing process optimization & technology, coupled with a creative/productivity driven mindset, are key pre-requisites

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the development and implementation of the Factory Strategic Plan incorporating the business needs of Digital Manufacturing.
• Coordinate improvements to business results across D2D through digital approaches to optimize process by implementing projects on time and user adoption (change management) of solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of digital solutions and platforms, for example, 4Industry, Smartsheets, power BI, within others.
• Interact with and influence both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate problem solving and solutions to roadblocks during the project implementation.
• Track impact and implementation value via KPI's
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to ensure the global innovations and solutions catalogue is updated and maintained with improved processes, and networking for accelerated optimization
• Coordinate the implementation of applicable catalogue and innovation solutions through Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) program
• Coordinate the Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) model for the site: Preparation, Ideation, Business Case Development
• Engaging site to create energy and Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) engagement

Education and Experience (Requirements):

• AA/AS in engineering or business
• 5+ years of manufacturing.
• Influence and communication skills
• Open to change and new technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
