How you'll make an impact:

We're hiring a Senior Manager, ABM & Pipeline Strategy to help build and scale the foundation of our marketing strategy-who we go after, how we measure performance, and what drives real pipeline impact. This is a net new, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Director of B2B Lifecycle Marketing. You'll work closely with sales and marketing leadership to define our most valuable audiences, develop target account strategies, and bring insight-driven campaigns to life. You'll also lead the charge on Salesforce reporting and revenue analytics for both inbound and outbound motions. What you'll do:

  • Own Salesforce reporting for the marketing and pre-sales team-creating dashboards and insights that tie pipeline and revenue to marketing & outbound sales activity.
  • Build a deep, actionable understanding of our target audiences and ideal customer profiles across the SiriusXM Media portfolio.
    Develop and maintain target account lists to support integrated ABM/digital marketing campaigns and outbound sales motions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Sales to operationalize how we target, engage, and measure priority accounts.
    Partner with campaign and channel leads to design integrated "voice of the customer" campaigns rooted in audience insights.
  • Bring strategic POV to how we scale our approach to segmentation, targeting, and performance reporting.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, marketing ops, or ABM strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate complex audience and pipeline data into clear recommendations and roadmaps.
    Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo experience preferred).
  • Strong cross-functional instincts-you're just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a brainstorm.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, see around corners, and get energy from building.
  • Experience with account intelligence or ABM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay, Clearbit, Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Experience working with SDR teams and reporting on the effectiveness of the lead journey.
  • Exposure to B2B media, ad tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and campaign measurement frameworks.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $111,000 to $135,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
