We're looking for a talented IT Service Desk Technician who is passionate about solving problems and providing solutions to technology issues.



  • Location: Hybrid in Englewood, CO



Key Responsibilities:



  • You'll be a member of the IT support team providing Tier I level software, hardware, and network support.
  • You'll be responsible for assisting end users on a day-to-day basis with IT related issues.
  • You will utilize the ticketing system and document issues and results in real time.
  • You'll possess a positive attitude when working with others and have a helpful spirit when finding solutions.
  • You'll be technically savvy, detail oriented and works well in various business and technical settings.



What you'll need to be successful:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Requires a base knowledge of computer fundamentals and troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • A Plus Certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
