Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$78,200.00 to$130,400.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details:

As a Sr Operations Analyst, you will support strategic initiatives by working cross-functionally with key Grainger stakeholders and suppliers on creating a seamless procurement experience. You will be a subject matter expert in best-in-class processes to enable industry-leading procurement and function as a thought leader for the team with a continuous-improvement mindset to help define standards and processes. You will report to the Procurement Manager.

You Will:

  • Ensure connectivity and accountability of partners by maintaining effective communication channels

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies and generate insights to support decision-making

  • Manage operational maintenance processes and support continuous improvement initiatives that are designed to keep Grainger operations running

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and team performance

  • Resolve complex procurement Jaggaer transactions and manage corporate credit card operational support processes

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree requiredor extensive experience in operations

  • 3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management or related experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office functionality (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerBI Access dB, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet's
