Position Details: The Sr Administrative Assistant for Talent Acquisition helps manage key stages of the recruiting process for our executive recruiting team. This person will be the "go to" for interview scheduling and ensuring a great experience for candidates and hiring leaders. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Executive Recruitment and be based at our Lake Forest, IL headquarters. We have a hybrid work environment, and you will need to be present at the office 2 days per week. You Will: * Coordinate all scheduling for executive level recruitment - candidate interviews, travel arrangements, debriefs, and other search-related meetings. Frequently collaborate with candidates and executive assistants to complete interview schedules within needed timelines. Act as a point-of-contact to ensure a seamless interview process, and create a great experience for candidates while on-site at our campus. You Have: * Bachelor's degree (preferred), or equivalent experience.
