Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Trenton NJ 08625 Pay Rate: $22.45/hr. on W2 without benefits Duration: 02+ months Working Hours: Day Monday-Friday ( 9-5); Lunch - 1 hour un-paid Job Description: 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, College preferred, not required. Role and Responsibilities: Performing general accounts payable on a variety of payment types: travel, vendor payables, contract payments to providers, payments associated with POs and other types of obligations. These payments will be made via DCF legacy systems: NJCFS, MACSE and NJ START. Thousands of payments will be made in June and July. Once the payments are made, the documents will be filed according to Office of Accounting procedures and policies.
