Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy Planning Define and maintain the regression testing strategy including scope timelines and resource planning

Execution Oversight Lead the execution of regression test cycles ensuring timely completion without slippages 1

Defect Management Track manage and report regression defects ensure timely resolution and retesting

Test Data Management Coordinate and manage test data requirements specific to regression scenarios 1

Automation Integration Collaborate with automation teams to integrate automated regression suites into CICD pipelines

Stakeholder Communication Interface with development QA and business teams to align regression efforts with release goals

Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior testers or SDETs involved in regression testing

Required Skills Experience

8 years in software QA with a strong focus on regression testing 1

Handson experience with tools like Selenium JIRA ALM Jenkins and test management platforms

Strong understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and CICD practices

Experience managing onshoreoffshore teams and coordinating across time zones

Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills
