SUMMARY:

Our HR Rotational Program is designed to develop future-ready talent through structured learning, real-world experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is not your typical internship. The HR Rotational Program is a one-year, immersive experience offering you a 360-degree view of Cubic's Human Resources function. You'll rotate across multiple HR pillars, contributing to high-impact projects, supporting business-critical operations, and gaining exposure to both strategy and execution. This rotational program does not guarantee placement at the end of the year, placement will be considered based on individual performance and company need.

Rotational Segments Include:

3 Months in - HR Operations & Systems (HRIS)

  • Support the team that supports the department, this experience you will get a taste of how the systems work to make employees' lives easier. You will work on boarding/offboarding, data entry/integrity, and process documentation. You will spend time understand the fundamental of a global HRIS system, pulling reports and providing analytics

3 months in Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with recruiters to support full cycle hiring and campus outreach
  • Assist with interview coordination, job postings, and talent marketing initiatives

3 months in Benefits

  • Take a peek behind the curtain in one of the most critical parts of employee experience. Be a part of open enrollment, the pressures of benefits negotiations and how this matches up to the employee ROI.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in training coordination, digital learning platforms, and feedback evaluations
  • Help enhance learning content and metrics reporting

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently enrolled or have a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Passion for people, culture, and innovation
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Cubic Pay Range:

$23.00 - $27.00 + benefits.

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
