Our HR Rotational Program is designed to develop future-ready talent through structured learning, real-world experience, and cross-functional collaboration. This is not your typical internship. The HR Rotational Program is a one-year, immersive experience offering you a 360-degree view of Cubic's Human Resources function. You'll rotate across multiple HR pillars, contributing to high-impact projects, supporting business-critical operations, and gaining exposure to both strategy and execution. This rotational program does not guarantee placement at the end of the year, placement will be considered based on individual performance and company need. Rotational Segments Include: 3 Months in - HR Operations & Systems (HRIS)

Cubic Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 + benefits.The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
