Overview
This position provides support to sales by handling customer applications and funding with approved syndication funding partners. Interacts with partners to ensure application, documentation and information is accurate and complete. Ensures partners are meeting SLA's and provides sales with information to ensure timely communication regarding application and funding. Responsibilities Loan Operations - Assists in preparing, reviewing, and submitting important loan documents to ensure that all stipulated regulations are met by ensuring all closing documents are delivered. Works within a team to meet and discuss loan specifications with borrowers, lenders, and other middlemen during this process. Assists in researching and providing entry level resolution of loan issues, questions, and standards. Works with team members in identification and resolution of exceptions. Addresses routine errors, discrepancies, and variances encountered in different applications and software. Maintains and enters basic information into the systems. Collaborates with teams in performing month-end close activities and may provide support to systems that includes upgrades, and testing. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Reporting - Prepares basic routine reports and entries that projects the Bank's financial position. Identifies and explains variances on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develops additional reporting requirements as needed. Business Support - Supports others to ensure that the platforms are functioning properly to support timely close, and external and internal reporting requirements. May assist with process and system changes and testing including upgrades and updates.
